Scarlett Johansson and James D'Arcy star in new images from Hitchcock Oct 9th 2012, 06:43 A batch of new images has arrived from Hitchcock, Sacha Gervasi’s biopic of the Master of Suspense, and some of the transformations achieved by the cast are remarkable. We’ve already seen Anthony Hopkins as Hitch in the film’s official poster, but the latest images released by Fox give us a chance to see some of the supporting players in all their glory. Scarlett Johansson is the standout as a dead ringer for Janet Leigh, while James D’Arcy looks to have the requisite blend of good looks and subtle menace to bring Anthony Perkins to life. The film will be set during the period in which Hitchcock was filming Psycho, with the story homing in on the relationship between he and his wife, Alma Reville (Helen Mirren). Co-starring Toni Collette, Dany Huston and Michael Wincott, the film will open in the UK on 8 February 2013. In the meantime, you can check out the new images below…
