After all the twists and turns and a heavy dose of drama following actors quitting shows, TV soaps are now looking at various ways to hold audience attention. This device introduces fresh faces to the audience. Most actors hate the idea of leaps as they are forced to grow old. While some grudgingly continue with their shows, others quit. Sushant Singh Rajput left Pavitra Rishta when it went through a leap last time. Eva Grover opted out of Bade Acche Lagte Hain for the same reason.
