First official image of Chris Pine as Jack Ryan Aug 31st 2012, 15:29 Paramount Pictures have treated the world to the first official image of Chris Pine as Jack Ryan. In the first shot revealed from the as-yet untitled prequel, Pine tears through Manhattan on a motorcycle (perhaps using the biking skills honed as Star Trek’s wild one, Captain Kirk). The as-yet untitled prequel co-stars Keira Knightley and Kevin Costner, as well as Kenneth Branagh (who’s also directing). A possible franchise kick-starter, the thriller will see Ryan working as a financial consultant for a Russian billionaire, before being framed for a terrorist plot. At least this image suggest Ryan won't just be an office-bound pen-pusher...
