Rafe Spall, Rose Byrne and Stephen Merchant star in first trailer for I Give It A Year: watch now Nov 22nd 2012, 07:53 The first trailer has arrived for British rom-com I Give It A Year, in which newlyweds Rafe Spall and Rose Byrne find that marriage isn’t quite the bed of roses they’d expected it to be. Mismatched going in into the big day, Nat and Josh (Byrne and Spall) realise fairly soon into their marriage that they’re not necessarily each other’s dream partner, and that they might have rushed into things a tad. And with temptation making its way into both their paths, will they cut their losses or knuckle down and make the marriage work? Take a look at the trailer, below… With a solid supporting cast including the likes of Minnie Driver and Anna Faris, this one looks as though it might be a low-key hit, especially with Stephen Merchant on scene-stealing duties. “If you want warm, turn the radiator on” he points out, not unreasonably, when Josh attempts to list his wife’s better qualities… Directed by Dan Mazer and co-starring Jason Flemyng and Olivia Colman, I Give It A Year opens in the UK on 8 February 2013.
