Despicable Me 2 releases Thanksgiving teaser: watch now Nov 23rd 2012, 07:34 Despicable Me 2 has released a special Thanksgiving teaser featuring those loveable minions getting up to their old tricks. The new footage shows a pair of hungry minions chasing a Thanksgiving turkey, only for the tables to be turned and their carving knives to fall into the wrong hands. Or rather, feathers. Take a look below… Plot details concerning the new film remain few and far between, but what we do know is that the story will involve Gru’s faithful minions being kidnapped by one of his rivals. Oh no! Directed by Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud, and co-starring Steve Carell, Al Pacino and Kristen Wiig, Despicable Me 2 opens in the UK on 28 June 2013.
