Awesome new trailer arrives for Django Unchained: watch now Oct 24th 2012, 08:40 A brand new international trailer has arrived for Django Unchained, and it’s crammed to the gills with previously unaired footage from Tarantino’s Western extravaganza. Whereas previous efforts have been all about the cool, the new trailer is heavy on character motivations, showing the bond that develops between Django (Jamie Foxx) and Schultz (Christoph Waltz), as well as playing up just how much of a shit Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio) is. Early reports concerning the script suggested that this is one of QT’s most controversial to date, and Candie’s treatment of Django’s wife (Kerry Washington) looks disturbing to say the least. Turns out it's not all quips and gunslinging… Check it out below… Despite the slightly more serious tone this time out, there are still some wonderful lines to be savoured, especially Django’s deadpan reaction to a shooting, dismissing the visibly shaken Schultz with an offhand, “I’m just a little more used to Americans than he is.” Co-starring Samuel L. Jackson, Walton Goggins and Jonah Hill, Django Unchained will open in the UK on 18 January 2013. We can hardly wait…
