New trailer for Django Unchained: watch now Oct 11th 2012, 06:53 Django Unchained has released a brand new trailer, in which Leonardo DiCaprio flexes his villainous muscles as cruel plantation owner, Calvin Candie. The previous trailer had only featured a brief snippet of DiCaprio's performance, but this time he looms large over proceedings, establishing his ownership of Django's wife and speculating as to why the blacks don't rise up and kill their white oppressors. He ought to be careful what he wishes for, as the rest of the trailer features Django getting his badass on. "In my world, you gotta get dirty," he explains. "And that's what I'm doing… I'm getting dirty." Check it out, below… Pretty awesome, no? We particularly enjoyed Sam Jackson's sour-faced appearance as an ageing house-slave, and Jonah Hill's Klansman cameo. And Jamie Foxx looks set to own it in the leading role… Directed by Quentin Tarantino and co-starring Christoph Waltz and Kerry Washington, Django Unchained opens in the UK on 18 January 2013.
