Kirsten Dunst and Jim Sturgess star in new trailer for Upside Down: watch now Jan 25th 2013, 08:02 A new trailer has emerged for Juan Solanas' sci-fi romance, in which Jim Sturgess and Kirsten Dunst play two would-be lovers living on a pair of twin planets, separated by an opposite and opposing gravitational pull. Put simply, her world sits happily above his. However, communication between the two planets is strictly forbidden, with the authorities taking a very dim view of those who ignore the rules. Naturally, Sturgess's character isn't having any of it, and makes his way into the world above, despite all the warnings. And before long, he's the subject of a fully-fledged manhunt. Take a look, below… While the bones of the story are actually rather conventional, the film's unique aesthetic seems utterly compelling, with the mirror-image world above making for a striking presence throughout the film. And of course, everybody enjoys a good love story… Co-starring James Kidnie and Agnieshka Wnorowska, Upside Down opens in the US on 15 March 2012, with a UK release date to be confirmed.
