New TV spot for Pain & Gain: watch now Jan 21st 2013, 08:14 Michael Bay’s Pain & Gain has released a new TV spot in which Mark Wahlberg’s musclebound buddies plan the “perfect” heist. The film sees a trio of personal trainers aim for a slice of the high life when they see the opportunity to rip off a wealthy client who also happens to be a criminal. Nothing wrong with stealing from a crook, they reason, aside from the fact that he’s tied into a much bigger criminal empire, one that isn’t best pleased to see its cash go missing… Take a look at the new spot, below… You can’t glean much in the way of plot from the new teaser, but in terms of capturing Bay’s signature style of quick-cut mayhem, it does the job pretty nicely. Co-starring Dwayne Johnson, Anthony Mackie and Ed Harris, Pain & Gain opens in the UK on 3 May 2013.
